You can reset the password for your ioteo account either using the ioteo Cam mobile application or the web application.


Using the ioteo Cam mobile application:

• Launch the ioteo Cam application

• If you are still logged in, log out using the application menu

• Click the 'Connection' button on the home page

• Click the 'Forgotten password' link

• Enter the email address for your account and click 'Continue'

• You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password

• In the email you have received, click 'Recover my password', then enter your new password.


Using the web application:

• Go to https://www.ioteo.com with your web browser

• Click 'My ioteo (login)'

• Click 'Forgotten password?'

• Enter the email address for your account and click 'Continue'

• You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password

• In the email you have received, click 'Recover my password', then enter your new password.


IMPORTANT:

• You have two hours to reset your password. After two hours you must restart the procedure.

• Check your spam folders if you don't see the reset email or check that you have entered the correct email address
