You should first contact the ioteo support team (support@ioteo.com), who will carry out a range of checks.


If the camera is considered to be faulty and it is still under guarantee, you will be given a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number.


The returns procedure is as follows:

• Package the camera and its accessories

• Add the proof of purchase (order form etc.)

• Add a letter including your contact details, email address and the return number (RMA) together with the problem noted.
