It`s not possible to check for updates

Hello and thank you for posting this question.


Such error could be caused by firewall or other protection program installed on the computer. Please allow safe passage of Expert PDF to the Internet.
Also the remote server can be temporarily down. please try again later.


In case there is a minor update to the current version available and Automatic updates are enabled in program’s general settings you will notified with message as the one attached to the post.
