Your system rejected my email address as invalid

1)  Hi there your system would not allow me to place an order using my Visa card. I tried on  3-seperate occasions but was refused.

2) I received a message that my email address was invalid; after 2-attempts your system accepted it and then refused the Visa payment

Can you assist?

thank you for posting on Avanquest UK forum webpage.

This could be a result of existing cookie or a read only cache file. Please delete all temporary internet files (here is how to do that on different internet browsers) or start browsing in a private mode (article on how to commence Private Browsing - here). Another solution is to try visiting Avanquest web-store through different internet browser (ChromeFirefoxOperaIE).
