Program freeze (Windows 10)

3D architect regularly freezes when using my MS Surface and Windows 10. Often the cause is switching to the 3D model, are there any recommendations to prevent this?

Hello Darryl,

Architect 3D has minimum requirements to the computer system and especially for the video:

– 1 GHz Pentium Processor or equivalent
– 512MB RAM
– 5.5GB free hard disk space
- 3D Video card (1024*768 min 32-bit)

In order to use the 3D environment, make sure there is dedicated video card available in the computer system or in case of Microsoft Surface computer there should be minimum of 128 MBs of dedicated video memory with virtualisation technologies enabled.

Make sure all hardware drivers are up to date and there aren’t any updates of Windows pending to install.

Kind regards,
