Order failure:1071722289

I was partway through my order when I lost access to the Avanquest site, I tried restarting but each time I tried it took me to a message saying that my basket is empty, I don't know if the order has been completed although I don't think it was because I wasn't taken through to the Paypal site.

Please advise

Thanks for laving this post on our forum webpage.

This order wasn't completed there for no money will be paid for it.
You've ordered InPixio Photo Editor Premium in October last year, please sign-in to your Avanquest account here, then download and install the software. Use the licence you've paid for to register and activate the software onto your computer.
If you've recently moved to Windows 10 and the licence is reported as already used, please go through the steps mentioned in this article here.
