Family Tree Maker 2014 - cannot log in to download the tree I have already built

Already have Family Tree Maker on my desktop and as I am permitted to operate on two computers have also installed on my laptop. Unfortunately I cannot log in to download the tree I have already built.

Family Tree Maker software is no longer available for purchase as a downloadable desktop software starting December 31, 2015. 

See all Ancestry products and select the best fit for you. Family Tree Maker can be still found on Amazon UK. Two options for desktop software that will work with Ancestry database are Software MacKiev and RootsMagic You can find additional details about these Family Tree Maker partnerships on their blog.
